About the role
Premeir Housewares is hiring a TikTok Shop Account Manager in Lahore. The role manages and optimises the company's TikTok Shop account, handles orders and customer queries, runs campaigns and drives sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the TikTok Shop account: upload products, update listings, pricing, descriptions and images.
- Monitor orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to plan promotions and product campaigns.
- Monitor shop performance, sales, conversion rates and other KPIs, and identify ways to increase sales and product visibility.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns, discounts and affiliate collaborations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- 2-3 years of experience in TikTok Shop management.
- Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Understanding of product listings, order management, promotions and sales analytics.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
