TOC Executive – Telecom Operations & Monitoring

About the role

The TOC Executive will lead reporting, analytics and remote support for monitoring system faults across tower infrastructure. The role ensures 24x7 monitoring compliance, works closely with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), and may step in for shift‑based monitoring when required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive operational reports and conduct regular audits of monitoring tools.
• Analyse performance data to identify low‑performing assets and recurring issues.
• Provide remote support for fault rectification on the RMS platform and assist with ATP of new sites.
• Engage suppliers to improve monitoring dashboards and drive automation of repetitive tasks.
• Oversee MSP adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and change‑management processes, ensuring accurate ticketing and escalation.
• Monitor real‑time alerts, degradations and anomalies, and coordinate with field teams and customers for timely resolution.
• Perform 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting and escalation during emergencies or service gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of experience (internship or project work acceptable).
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
• Good knowledge of telecom power infrastructure.
• Ability to work under high pressure with strong communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Programming ability in any language to support process automation.
