About the role

The Tour Sales & Customer Support Representative converts tour inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering high‑quality service to travelers. You will interact with prospects through phone, WhatsApp and social media, explain packages and guide them to the best travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, accommodations, transportation and travel policies.
• Recommend suitable travel options based on customer needs and preferences.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and provide professional sales support.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
• Handle customer concerns before, during and after tours in a professional manner.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Work on‑site in Rawalpindi and travel as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Good knowledge of tour packages, itineraries, pricing, accommodations and transportation.
• Proven sales ability to convert inquiries into bookings and close deals.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
• Target‑driven and able to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
