About the role
The Town Planner will work full‑time on‑site in Islamabad, supporting the planning and development of urban projects and reporting to the Project Director.
Required profile
- Strong skills in urban and regional planning, land‑use, zoning and development control.
- Ability to analyse spatial, demographic, topographic and environmental data.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urban Planning, Town Planning, Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of local planning regulations, standards and approval processes in Pakistan.
- Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience.

- ArcGIS (high proficiency)
- GIS tools
- CAD
