Trade Marketing Expert

About the role

The Expert Trade Marketing role leads regional trade visibility, market execution, analytics and commercial support initiatives, working closely with the Head of Business Support, Sales and Trade Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional Trade Marketing activities, ensuring execution quality, market intelligence and measurable business impact.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑activity analysis, develop performance reviews, track KPIs and prepare analytical dashboards using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain regional visibility through market visits, opportunity assessment and execution of visibility plans.
• Coordinate vendors, monitor performance, conduct audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Generate market intelligence, identify gaps and support sales teams with practical recommendations.
• Manage POSM planning, deployment, audits and support franchise branding compliance.
• Lead strategic projects such as Data/Rural Education initiatives, Youth Engagement and Stop N Shops.
• Identify, pilot and document innovative visibility solutions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Visibility, Channel Marketing or related commercial functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate activities through pre/post analysis, KPIs and ROI.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools for reporting and dashboards.
• Proven vendor management, negotiation and project execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a HEC‑recognized institution.
