Trainee Accountant – 12‑Month Training Program

About the role
We are looking for fresh graduates to join our 12‑month Trainee Accountant program in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting functions while providing a clear pathway to a permanent position for high performers.
Key responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and voucher entry
- Support inventory and cost accounting activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
- Assist with GST and income‑tax filing
- Prepare monthly closing entries and MIS reports
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with B.Com, M.Com or BBA
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prefer candidates located near Model Town Humak, Kahuta Road, Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Required skills
- MS Excel
What we offer
- Stipend of PKR 32,000 per month
- Structured training with real‑world accounting exposure
- Potential transition to Junior Accountant or Accounts Assistant after 6 months
