Key responsibilities

• Attend all training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
• Complete learning modules, assessments, and practical exercises on schedule.
• Work on real‑world case studies and projects to develop analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Practice data cleaning, validation, and analysis using industry‑standard tools.
• Develop proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools introduced during the program.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with mentors and fellow trainees on group assignments.
• Incorporate feedback, present findings to stakeholders, and demonstrate professionalism throughout.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data cleaning).
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing data.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and attention‑to‑detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain data to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, collaborative and open to continuous learning.
