Trainer – Conduct Engaging Training Sessions

About the role

The CIRCLE Women Association is seeking a dynamic Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for both new and existing alumni. You will work on‑site in Lahore, collaborating with managers and fellow trainers to ensure consistent, quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Assess training needs through manager consultations and surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals.
• Monitor training progress, report outcomes, and provide continuous feedback.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit audience and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with other trainers to maintain program consistency.
• Stay current with training trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication and presentation abilities.
• Relevant certifications in training are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and related software packages.
