Trainer – Develop and Deliver Engaging Training Programs

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions for both new and existing alumni. You will play a key role in enhancing learning experiences and ensuring that training aligns with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions.
• Assess training needs through manager consultations and surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals.
• Monitor training progress, report outcomes, and provide continuous feedback.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit audience and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain consistency across programs.
• Stay current with emerging training trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software packages.
