Trainer – Training & Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to design and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing alumni of the CIRCLE Women Association in Lahore. The role involves assessing learning needs, creating instructional materials, and ensuring continuous improvement of our training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct interactive training sessions and workshops for alumni.
• Assess training needs through manager consultations and surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals.
• Monitor training progress, report outcomes and provide feedback.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit audience and objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain consistency across programmes.
• Stay informed on the latest training trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training techniques.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant training certifications are a plus.
