Training Development Executive

About the role

The Training Development Executive will design, deliver and continuously improve product‑specific and customer‑service training for both new hires and existing staff. You will work closely with Quality and Operations teams to ensure training aligns with client and product certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, product‑specific and service‑centric training sessions.
• Develop, update and maintain training materials, SOPs and knowledge resources.
• Conduct refresher and upskilling programs based on identified performance gaps.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to identify training needs and plan targeted workshops.
• Monitor trainee performance, provide actionable feedback and coaching.
• Ensure trainees meet certification standards and key performance indicators.
• Stay current on product changes and communicate updates effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent coaching and feedback skills.
