Training Executive

About the role

Software Finder is seeking a Training Executive to own the onboarding and ongoing development of its warm‑outreach sales team. You will design and deliver training that turns prospect intent into revenue, working closely with reps in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve onboarding modules tailored to the warm‑outreach sales team.
• Create targeted training content based on gaps identified from live and recorded call reviews.
• Update the team on product changes, process updates, and new campaign flows in a structured manner.
• Listen to live and recorded calls regularly to spot coaching opportunities and performance gaps.
• Deliver focused, data‑driven training sessions and coach reps on warm‑lead conversion, objection handling, and intent‑to‑revenue techniques.
• Maintain accurate training records, session logs, and individual progress reports.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to identify performance trends and implement structured training responses.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a sales training or coaching role, preferably within SaaS appointment setting.
• Background in BPO, SaaS, or inside sales environments.
• Strong understanding of warm‑lead conversion psychology and inbound‑intent sales dynamics.
• Ability to design practical, engaging, and measurable learning modules.
• Experience documenting call observations and turning them into actionable coaching plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English with confidence presenting to teams.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office / Office 365 Suite.
