About the role
Our client Faysal Bank Ltd is seeking a Training Manager to lead the Bank’s Counter Financing of Terrorism and Sanctions Compliance functions in Karachi.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of CFT and sanctions compliance, implementing operational strategies and addressing real‑time risks.
- Develop and deliver regulatory training across teams, ensuring understanding of AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions requirements.
Required profile
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks such as FATF Recommendations, AMLA, ATA and SBP guidelines.
- Advanced analytical and investigative abilities to dissect complex financial data and produce comprehensive reports.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL and data quality/screening tools.
