About the role
We are seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the development and delivery of our corporate training programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and employee growth.
Key responsibilities
- Improve the company's training system, formulate training management regulations and implement various training plans.
- Conduct training needs research at all levels, design training courses, organize training implementation, and coordinate internal training resources.
- Optimize training courseware and training processes.
- Establish a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism, follow up on the transformation of training results, and produce training summary reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above; corporate training management experience preferred.
- Familiar with the full training process, able to build training systems and design courses.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning and writing skills; proficient in office software.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance and teamwork spirit.
