Travel Agent

About the role

FlyVibe Travel offers visa consultancy, file preparation, air ticketing, hotel bookings and tour packages, with a focus on Umrah travel alongside international and domestic options. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Travel Agent in Lahore who helps clients plan and book complete itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide destination and visa information
• Prepare travel files and manage reservations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records in reservation systems
• Coordinate travel arrangements, recommend suitable packages and resolve booking issues
• Support sales by promoting services, following up with leads and building long-term client relationships

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage several bookings at once
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate with a team and adapt to changing client needs and travel regulations
• A relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Business or a related field is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage

Required skills

• Reservations and travel arrangements, including booking systems and itinerary management
• Customer service and sales, including upselling travel packages and converting leads into confirmed bookings
• Car rental and ground transportation services
• Proficiency with standard office software and reservation platforms; prior travel agency experience preferred
