About the role
We are seeking a Travel Consultant to handle Umrah enquiries from customers in the UK and USA, providing expert advice on packages, flights, hotels, transfers and visas.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Umrah enquiries from customers based in the UK and USA.
- Provide expert advice on Umrah packages, flights, hotels, transfers and visas.
- Create and customise Umrah packages according to customer requirements.
- Manage bookings, amendments and customer queries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Stay up to date with Umrah travel requirements, airline schedules and hotel options.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Umrah/Hajj or any other campaign preferred.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales‑driven with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with customers across different time zones.
