Truck Dispatcher

About the role

Flink Freight Logistics is seeking a Truck Dispatcher to manage Over-the-Road (OTR) loads during night shifts. The role involves coordinating shipments, negotiating rates, and maintaining carrier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for each load
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus)
• 1-2 years of experience (call center or logistics experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure effectively
• Understanding of OTR freight operations is an advantage
