About the role

We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to support our US‑based logistics operations from Lahore. You will manage a small fleet of owner‑operators, keep loads moving efficiently, and build strong relationships with carriers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage 2–3 owner‑operators/trucks on US freight lanes.
• Source loads via load boards (DAT, Truckstop.com) and negotiate rates.
• Track drivers in real‑time and proactively resolve issues.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and shippers.
• Handle paperwork: rate confirmations, BOLs, check calls, and PODs.
• Meet delivery windows and maintain high on‑time performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of truck dispatch experience in the US market.
• Hands‑on experience with load boards such as DAT or Truckstop.com.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work US business hours (night shift in PKT).
• Proven ability to manage multiple trucks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of US freight lanes, rates, and broker relationships.

What we offer

• Base salary up to PKR 70,000 per month.
• Commission: 10% on every load dispatched.
• Monday to Friday US‑aligned schedule, weekends off.
