UI/UX Designer (AI‑First)

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the visual and interactive experience of our all‑in‑one contractor app. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating intuitive, high‑quality interfaces for web, iOS and Android, leveraging AI‑driven design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
• Develop components, prototypes, design systems and hand‑offs in Figma.
• Create banners, ad creatives and social‑media graphics.
• Redesign existing screens where the user experience needs improvement.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering team.
• Utilise AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo AI, Magician, Adobe Firefly, UX Pilot) to accelerate concept generation, layout exploration and copywriting.
• Proactively audit the product, identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Regular use of AI‑based design tools in daily workflow.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile UI/UX projects.
• Ability to produce high‑quality banners and ad creatives, not just templates.
• Passion for excellent user experience and a habit of spotting improvements without being asked.

Required skills

• Figma (primary design tool).
• AI design assistants such as Figma AI, Galileo AI, Magician, Adobe Firefly, UX Pilot.
• Design systems creation and component libraries.
• Prototyping and developer hand‑off workflows.
• Graphic creation for banners, advertisements and social media.

What we offer

• Salary range: 5‑12 LPA (INR) per annum.
