UK Campaign Agent

About the role

EchoNet Services is looking for a motivated, results-oriented UK Campaign Agent to join its on-site team in Lahore, Pakistan. The agent communicates with UK-based customers, makes outbound calls, generates leads and promotes the company's services, following campaign guidelines and working toward daily and monthly targets. The role is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based customers and prospective clients.
• Introduce company services and explain their benefits professionally.
• Generate leads, identify potential customers and support sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Handle customer questions, objections and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information and campaign activity in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.
• Follow campaign procedures, quality standards and professional communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English with a clear, professional speaking style.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with UK-based customers.
• Basic understanding of sales, customer service, cold calling or lead generation.
• Target-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work evening or night shifts aligned with UK business hours.

Required skills

• CRM systems and digital communication tools (familiarity is an advantage).
