UK Sales Executive – Auto & Engine Parts

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a results‑oriented UK Sales Executive to manage sales inquiries, convert them into orders and build lasting relationships with UK‑based customers. The role focuses on automotive spare parts and engine components, requiring strong communication and a target‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from UK customers via phone, email and online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and process 100–200 orders accurately.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate engine parts, vehicle components and auto parts.
• Create, upload and maintain product listings across online sales channels.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or order processing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of engine parts, automotive spare parts or vehicle components.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work according to UK business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online sales systems and order management software.
• Experience using CRM systems and online marketplaces.
