Umrah Sales Agent (US Market) - Night Shift

About the role

Alhuda Tours is seeking motivated Umrah Sales Agents to serve pilgrims from the United States. Based in Lahore, the role works night shifts to align with US time zones, offering an opportunity to help travelers plan meaningful journeys while advancing a sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Consult with prospective clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by presenting package features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and provide after‑sales support, including documentation and pre‑departure guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Accurately record leads, follow‑ups, bookings, and communications.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of sales experience, preferably in Umrah, travel, call‑center or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, relationship‑building, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work consistently during night shifts to match US market hours.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
