Umrah Sales Representative – Travel Consultant (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Umrah Sales Representative to join our Lahore office. The role focuses on promoting and selling Hajj and Umrah travel packages while delivering exceptional customer service to pilgrims throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable Hajj and Umrah travel packages.
• Provide professional guidance on travel regulations, airline fares, and ticketing rules.
• Generate sales, meet monthly revenue targets, and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain strong client relationships from booking through post‑travel follow‑up.
• Stay updated on airline fare structures and travel industry changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, with specific Hajj & Umrah sales experience preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work UK business hours from Lahore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and fare structures.
