Umrah Travel Consultant (Hajj & Umrah Sales)

About the role

Safa Travel, a UK‑based travel agency, is looking for an enthusiastic Umrah Travel Consultant to join its Lahore office. You will support Hajj and Umrah pilgrims by managing bookings, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless travel experience in line with UK operating hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for Hajj and Umrah packages.
• Process airline ticketing, adhering to ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Promote and sell travel packages, meeting sales targets and commission goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with airlines and service providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Proven experience in Hajj and Umrah sales is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work UK business hours from Lahore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Understanding of airline fare structures.
