About the role
The Unit Manager ERM will support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in developing, updating and maintaining the bank's risk architecture and frameworks in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and updating Risk Management Policies, Credit Policy, Liquidity Risk Policy and Market Risk Policy.
- Work with product teams on development and renewal of branch and branchless banking products.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including SBP audit matters.
- Set and monitor market risk limits, maturity gaps, and major liquidity ratios.
- Collaborate with functional heads to identify and assess operational, money‑laundering and terrorist‑financing risks.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or professional certification/diploma in a relevant field.
- 7‑8 years of experience in risk management within a financial institution.
Required skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for risk architecture and frameworks.
- Experience in drafting and maintaining risk policies and credit procedures.
