About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated University Lecturer to lead curriculum development and research activities on a remote basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality lectures, guiding students in research methodology, and contributing to the university’s scholarly output.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and seminars for assigned subjects.
• Design, develop, and regularly update course curricula to align with academic standards and current research.
• Mentor students in research methods, academic writing, and project work.
• Assess assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progress.
• Produce at least one academic publication to enhance the university’s research profile.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and curriculum policy development.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field and integrate best practices into teaching.

Required profile

• Relevant advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in the discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in higher‑education teaching and curriculum design.
• Strong academic record with evidence of research activity.
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
