Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to help expand our graphic design services. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication abilities with proven experience in generating leads through Upwork and direct outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant Graphic Design, Branding, UI/UX, Social Media, and Video Editing projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, high‑converting proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
• Generate new business via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and communications.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure accurate client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and well‑organized.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals is a plus.
