About the role

We are seeking a motivated Upwork & Freelancer Bidder to join our sales team in Karachi. The role focuses on generating new business by identifying suitable projects on freelance platforms, crafting tailored proposals and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Write customized proposals that address client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, answering queries and providing clarifications.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into active projects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and project delivery teams.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork or Freelancer.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of IT services, graphic design, web development or digital marketing is a plus.
