Upwork Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Upwork Growth Specialist to drive new business through the Upwork platform. You will identify high‑quality projects, craft tailored proposals, and manage client communications to convert leads into revenue‑generating contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and bid on high‑value Upwork projects that match our service portfolio.
• Write customized, client‑focused proposals that highlight the right Mammoth‑AI services.
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate technology solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, handle follow‑ups, and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings with senior leadership for qualified opportunities.
• Continuously improve proposal quality, response rates, and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Excellent written English and strong communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of client needs and solution‑selling techniques.
• Experience selling technology services (software development, QA/testing, AI & automation, SaaS, consulting) is preferred.
