US Market Calling Agent – Evening Shift

About the role

ABS International is seeking a US Market Calling Agent to join its Karachi office on an evening shift. You will work with warm leads and existing US customers, deepening relationships and converting ongoing opportunities. The role operates within a live US CRM and logistics tracking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US customers via phone to follow up on existing inquiries and nurture relationships.
• Convert warm leads into sales without using scripted, pushy tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the US CRM system.
• Track personal performance metrics and meet commission targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English suitable for US customers.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer support, or BPO (freshers with excellent English are welcome).
• Self‑driven, accountable, and comfortable managing follow‑ups and proactive outreach.
• Availability Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
• Ability to commute to Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi (100% on‑site).
