U.S. Sales Executive & Virtual Session Leader

About the role

The U.S. Sales Executive & Virtual Session Leader will generate new business opportunities through cold‑calling, engage prospects, and close sales while delivering structured virtual Hack Sessions. The role is fully remote and operates during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold calling, qualify prospects and present Myndhack’s services.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Facilitate virtual Hack Sessions using the 5‑50‑5 structure, including opening introductions, guiding participants, and leading the final reflection.
• Complete assigned sales activities during the 50‑minute independent work period and remain available to participants.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams, ensuring consistent attendance and professional session delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in cold‑calling, lead generation and telesales.
• Strong objection‑handling, negotiation and customer‑needs analysis skills.
• Ability to work assigned U.S. business hours from a reliable remote setup.
• Capability to establish and maintain a cryptocurrency account for compensation.
