User Acquisition Manager - Apps

About the role

9D Technologies is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for its mobile and gaming apps through paid campaigns and app store optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
• Manage budgets, bids and performance metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROAS.
• Implement ASO strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze data, track key metrics and create high‑performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies and collaborate with product and creative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing for mobile and web.
• Proven ability to manage high monthly ad spend efficiently.
• Strong analytical and data‑visualisation skills.
