About the role

The User Acquisition Specialist will plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns for mobile games. This hybrid role works closely with creative and analytics teams to drive growth while maintaining profitability.

Key responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimise user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin.
Monitor and improve CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention and LTV metrics.
Test and iterate ad creatives, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
Scale high‑performing campaigns while managing budgets efficiently.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

3+ years hands‑on experience in mobile game user acquisition.
Proven track record of running profitable campaigns on Google Ads, Mintegral and AppLovin.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
