User Experience Designer

About the role

Bayer is seeking a User Experience Designer to create exceptional digital experiences for farmers, channel partners, and field teams across mobile, web, and emerging platforms. You will join a multidisciplinary team that blends Business Design, UX, Product, Rapid Prototyping, Data Science, and Analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design seamless omnichannel journeys that connect digital touchpoints with field interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points across the agricultural value chain.
• Translate insights, business requirements, and technical constraints into interaction patterns, information architectures, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using modern design tools.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business designers to ship user‑centric products.
• Co‑facilitate design critiques, testing sessions, and workshops with stakeholders across Asia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a design‑related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and turn insights into design decisions.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with excellent presentation abilities.
