Vendor Dispatcher

About the role

ProFix Facility is seeking a dedicated Vendor Dispatcher to join its remote team on a full‑time basis. You will be the central point of contact for service requests, ensuring that the right vendors are assigned promptly and that maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service requests and assign them to appropriate vendors.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor the progress of each assignment and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor activity, performance, and service outcomes.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with a network of over 1,000 verified vendors.
• Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in vendor coordination, task assignment, and scheduling.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks in a virtual environment.
• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in facility management, business administration, or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in facility management is advantageous.
