Vendor Partnerships & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Vendor Partnerships and Business Development efforts. You will be responsible for bringing on board the brands that students love, working directly with owners and decision‑makers across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of cafés, restaurants, fashion stores, salons, gyms and other venues.
• Pitch the founding‑partner offer face‑to‑face to owners and decision‑makers.
• Negotiate student deals and commercial terms, and close agreements.
• Achieve monthly signing targets while maintaining accurate CRM data.
• Gather feedback from brands to help shape future offers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (FMCG, restaurants, retail, fintech/payments, or an aggregator).
• Comfortable walking in cold weather and approaching managers directly.
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating meetings.
• Fluent in Urdu and English; personal transport is a plus.
• Nice to have: an existing network of food or retail owners in your city and experience selling a two‑sided marketplace or a brand‑new category.
