Vendor Partnerships & Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our vendor partnership and business development efforts. You will be the bridge between brands that students love and the owners of cafés, restaurants, fashion outlets, salons, gyms and more.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of potential partner venues across multiple categories.
• Pitch the founding‑partner offer directly to owners and decision‑makers in face‑to‑face meetings.
• Negotiate student‑focused deals, finalize commercial terms and close agreements.
• Achieve monthly signing targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Collect feedback from brands and help shape future partnership offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development or merchant acquisition (FMCG, restaurants, retail, fintech/payments or aggregator environments).
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating meetings.
• Comfortable conducting cold‑weather outreach and speaking directly with managers.
• Fluent in Urdu and English; personal transport is an advantage.
