Venture Operations & Growth Lead

About the role

The Venture Operations & Growth Lead sits at the centre of growth, execution and venture building for The Ops Lab. You will drive the studio’s own growth while supporting the launch and scaling of client ventures, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and run growth campaigns, manage leads, conversion funnels and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Research markets, validate startup ideas, coordinate MVP launches and track early traction to inform product decisions.
• Coach founders, translate meetings into concrete action plans, and ensure disciplined execution across client projects.
• Translate company priorities into weekly plans, build dashboards, create SOPs and introduce automations to remove bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in growth marketing, startup operations or commercial execution, with a proven bias toward action and measurable results.
• Excellent project‑management and operational skills, high commercial judgement and the ability to prioritize high‑impact work.
• Fluent spoken and written English, confident in leading meetings and challenging founders professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
