Video Editor for Islamic Educational Content

About the role

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to produce high‑quality Islamic educational videos for Quran Majeed Academy. The position is full‑time, based on‑site in Karachi, and works an evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Import, organize and edit raw footage into engaging final videos.
• Apply cuts, transitions, color correction, motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Maintain a clean editing style that supports clear storytelling for educational content.
• Collaborate with content creators, teachers and other stakeholders to meet editorial guidelines and deadlines.
• Export finished videos in required formats and ensure technical quality (audio, resolution, file size).

Required profile

• Experienced video editor (non‑managerial) comfortable with evening shift work.
• Portfolio or showreel that demonstrates work on educational or religious projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and content guidelines.

• Basic color grading
