Virtual Assistant (Amazon, Shopify, eBay)

About the role

Elite Technology is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage its e‑commerce operations across Amazon, Shopify and eBay. The role is on‑site in Karachi and requires night‑shift availability to support global sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Amazon Seller Central, handling wholesale, FBA and FBM processes.
• Coordinate third‑party logistics (3PL) for timely fulfillment.
• Manage Shopify store content, inventory and order flow.
• Oversee eBay account activities, including listings and customer communication.
• Optimize product listings for visibility and conversion.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process daily orders.
• Provide customer support and monitor account health metrics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Wholesale, Shopify and eBay.
• Proven ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• On‑site presence in Karachi and reliable attendance.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
