Virtual Assistant – Travel Desk (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to join our Travel Desk team for the Dream Vacation project. You will support travel bookings, customer inquiries, and operational tasks to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in quotation processing for travel packages and eventually handle full quotations independently.
• Process new reservations for flights, hotels, and cruises.
• Manage modification requests and respond to customer calls.
• Coordinate group bookings and perform data entry in the Cruise Control System.
• Monitor fares, update pricing information, and arrange ancillary travel services.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Maintain accurate travel itineraries and documentation in CRM/Excel.
• Support basic marketing content development and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of travel operations (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to work US time zones (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
