Visa Processing Officer – Document Management

About the role

The Visa Processing Officer will manage the intake and processing of visa applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with applicants and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive visa applications, verify passports and supporting documents for completeness and validity.
• Scrutinize applications, identify missing or incorrect information, and guide applicants on corrections.
• Enter applicant data accurately into the visa processing system and maintain both digital and physical records.
• Supervise a team of 20 staff, coordinating workflow to meet speed and quality standards.
• Monitor performance indicators such as turnaround time, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with embassies, tourism departments, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
