Visual Designer & Content Strategist

About the role

We are expanding our marketing team and need a Visual Designer & Content Strategist to raise the quality, consistency, and impact of our brand communications. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the Product Manager and Marketing Support Specialist to create visual assets, short‑form video, and strategic content for digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets such as social media posts, carousels, infographics, website visuals, presentations, and case studies.
• Create and edit short‑form video content, including motion graphics and basic animations.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all channels.
• Produce PDF and offline marketing collateral (brochures, one‑pagers, slide decks).
• Proofread marketing copy for grammar, tone, and accuracy; perform detailed QA checks on spelling, layout, and visual balance.
• Contribute visual ideas to content planning, suggest format adaptations for LinkedIn, email, and web, and align asset production with the content calendar.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teammates, communicate design decisions, and iterate quickly in a feedback‑heavy environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in visual design and content creation, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology marketing.
• Near‑native English proficiency with strong proofreading ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, revision‑driven setting.
