Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager

About the role

The Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager will lead enterprise‑wide initiatives to design, execute, sustain and scale volunteer programmes. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and delivery of community projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and scale volunteer programmes across the organisation.
• Build and manage relationships with community groups, corporate partners and individual volunteers.
• Structure the volunteer pool into teams, establishing communication and coordination mechanisms.
• Develop training resources, support materials and recognition strategies to enhance volunteer experience and retention.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including logistics, coordination and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team management capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, networking and community engagement skills.
• Proven ability to conceptualise, design and execute volunteer and community programmes.
• Solid planning, project management and execution experience.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with digital tools for surveys, feedback collection, reporting and engagement activities.
