VRF Technician – On-site HVAC Specialist

About the role

The VRF Technician will join Air Tech Engineering’s HVAC team in Lahore, delivering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air‑conditioning systems at client sites. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with project engineers and supervisors to ensure high‑quality, energy‑efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission VRF systems according to project drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnose faults and carry out repairs or component replacements.
• Maintain optimal system performance, manage refrigerant handling and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Document work performed, complete service reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and clients to ensure safety and project compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in HVAC/Refrigeration preferred.
• Proven experience with HVAC or VRF systems, preferably with major VRF brands.
• Strong commitment to safety practices, punctuality and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work on‑site across various locations in Lahore and occasional travel outside the city.
