Warehouse Inventory Coordinator (Store Keeper)

About the role

The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory items. The role supports smooth supply‑chain flow for NOVAP ZTTEK New Energy Company and requires strong organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods while maintaining correct inventory levels.
• Maintain detailed inventory records using ERP and manual tracking.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Organise warehouse space for optimal storage and quick retrieval.
• Prepare and dispatch goods with proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply‑chain teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to flexible work hours, including day and night shifts.
• Support continuous process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Physical ability to handle typical warehouse tasks.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work under flexible schedules.
