Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and distribution activities across the assigned territory, handling finished goods, raw materials and related logistics in line with the Coca‑Cola Quality system. The role provides frontline support to planning, operations and sales teams to meet key business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warehouse layout and infrastructure to meet future business needs.
• Coordinate receipt of raw materials and supplies with the Procurement department according to purchase orders and schedules.
• Prepare and propose departmental budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
• Manage forklift fleet and other assets, ensuring safe operation, optimal fuel consumption and adherence to budgets.
• Oversee suppliers and service providers, including forklift maintenance vendors and 3PL partners, to achieve high service levels.
• Control warehouse operations to maximize support while minimizing overheads such as overtime.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to meet operational goals with minimal headcount.
• Handle inventory management of glass, shells, raw materials, finished goods and empty stocks, supporting both plant production and sales.
• Supervise plant warehouse and sales centre operations, ensuring proper storage conditions and timely stock transfers.
• Implement product handling SOPs, enforce FEFO/FIFO stacking rules and generate accurate daily and monthly reports.
