Warehouse Manager – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the end‑to‑end fulfilment operations of a dedicated fulfilment centre. The role combines people management, process optimisation and safety oversight to ensure timely, cost‑effective order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse staff, overseeing career development, training, health & safety and security compliance.
• Manage the full order fulfilment cycle – receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and handling returns or failed deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to reduce lead time, increase productivity and lower costs while maintaining HSSE and 7S standards.
• Monitor and achieve departmental productivity targets and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement efficiency opportunities across warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, preferably Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end‑to‑end fulfilment operations for a multinational organisation.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel.
• Basic SQL knowledge (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
