Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse and stores activities at CE Factory Karachi. The role ensures smooth production operations through effective management of CKD kits, finished goods, inventory, and material handling while maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage safe unloading, storage, handling, and issuance of CKD kits, finished goods, local purchases, and localized products.
• Oversee goods receiving, inspection, documentation, and inventory management for all material categories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monthly stock statements, including receipts, issues, work‑in‑process, finished goods and closing balances.
• Coordinate dispatches of finished goods to contractors, branches and other parties.
• Supervise Factory Parts Stores (FPS) Karachi and ensure timely parts availability for production, while keeping FPS Lahore records up‑to‑date.
• Ensure adequate manpower and material‑handling resources aligned with production needs.
• Conduct daily physical verification of units against PTNs and report discrepancies.
• Manage scrap segregation, dispatch to approved salvage vendors and maintain proper records.
• Oversee safe storage of welding and refrigerant gas cylinders and enforce warehouse safety, housekeeping and compliance.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory management and stores operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, material handling, stock reconciliation and dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management tools and advanced MS Excel.
