About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Warehouse Picker and Packer to join its logistics team in Lahore. The role involves accurately selecting, packing and preparing orders for timely shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders from inventory according to delivery specifications.
• Pack and label products correctly for shipment.
• Verify stock levels, report discrepancies and assist with inventory control.
• Move completed orders to the designated shipping area promptly.
• Restock shelves to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a tidy, organized workspace that complies with safety standards.
• Follow security and health‑safety protocols and report any concerns.
• Support teammates with additional warehouse tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Intermediate level education (as stated in the posting).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills for coordination with supervisors and colleagues.
